NATIONAL FESTIVITY + FESTIVITY OF THE CITY OF NORCIA ARE CALCULATED IN HIGT SEASON

Included services: The rates are calculated per apartament and include the consumption of hot water,gas,water,electricity and the supply of bed clothes and towels with weekly change. Final cleaning.

Extra services: Children under three years it a crib is brought or in bed with parents. Possibility to add beds : € 35.00 to week. Additional cleanings on request : € 20.00 ; Heating in low season € 13.00 per apartment per day, extra laundry changes: double bed: € 8.00 per change, single bed: € 5.00 per change, Towels : € 5.00 per change.

Deposit: € 200.00 at the arrival, will be returned at departure (except remarkable damages).

Conditions of payment: 30 %  of the amount at the moment of the booking confirmation by bank tranfer.

Arrivals / Departures: arrival on Saterdays from 3:00 to7:00 pm, departures on Saturdays within 10:00 am.
